Day 2
Blijf op de hoogte en volg Dominique
31 Mei 2014 | Spanje, Barcelona
I was so tired of the previous day, that I slept until 12:30. When I woke up I took a shower and we left to see the city. We went through the streets and visited the Sagrada Familia. It's a large church designed by Gaudí. It was very impressing to see this church. I don't think it was very beautiful to see but it is a special church. After seeing this we had lunch (it was actually also my breakfast). Because Barcelona is a large city and you get tired of walking, we took the metro after we ate, to a place outside the city where Otto plays football. At the moment he started to play, it began to rain for two hours so I went somewhere inside and waited until he was finished. The rain stopped immediately when the game was over, so we sat down on a terrace to have a drink.
After a while we went back to the apartment to refresh, because the Netherlands was going to football again Ghana. We went to a dutch bar called 'Bar Amsterdam' to see this match. When it finished we had to eat something (they eat very late in Spain!) so we went to Barceloneta again and sat down in a steak house. The food was great!
I got really tired again because of all the walking so we went to the bar on the corner of Otto's street again to have one drink and I met some local drunk old men. Very funny! When we went back to the apartment I fell asleep immediately.
Adiós!
